Neobux is a really easy site to use, but sometimes even the most experienced members get some doubts, for that, Admin prepared a really good "get help" system.

FAQ :
Is that symbol in the right top corner of Neobux site, there you'll get most of the questions solved simply clicking there.

Help Page:
It's in the bottom of the site, there you'll get the basic info about the site.

Problem and Doubts forum:
There you can post your doubts and other users will help you!

PM System :
If you have a problem or doubt and you want help from a specific user you can send him a Private Message and if he has his PM enable he'll answer you privatly without anyone knowing.

Support:
It's in the right bottom of the page, I recommend you to only use it when you tried the FAQ, Help Page and the problem is not something you want to show in the Problems and Doubts or something more important that needs to be answered quickly.

Live Support:
It will only be online when Admin or Moderators are online and have time to chat directly with you. It's very good if you need a fast help.

Chat:
It's a simple chat where you can talk directly with other members, really usefull if you're a "newbie"
